The Bilingual Hotline of National tax and Local tax Toll-free Services Is Available from July 1st

The Local Tax Bureau of Changhua County announces that in order to promote the Nation's Bilingual Policy, the Ministry of Finance, R.O.C. will release a Toll-free hotline of National tax and Local tax Services: 0800-000321, which provides both Chinese and English services.
The authority explains further that since January 1st, 2019, the former numbers of national tax and local tax service has been integrated. People in the nation can call the new hotline, 0800-000321, no matter which county they're in to inquire the problem of national and local tax from each local tax bureau. In addition, since July 1st, the hotline will provide bilingual service. People can use the hotline, following the voice instruction in either Chinese or English to dial the number of the required tax bureau, and the operator will be pleased to help. People can use the new hotline to enjoy a more convenient service.
